Every camp can boast about community, friendships, and fun activities, but is that what really makes you unique? Through a communication strategy session your team can brainstorm with one another to determine your strengths, possibilities, attributes, and expected business results. Challenge yourselves to generate meaningful responses for each area. Using the outcome of this session, you will be able to develop core messages that form the basis of your go-forward communication planning.
Once your communication messaging is locked in, it should remain consistent across all external and internal communication channels.
